In this episode, I’m joined by Chad Gallagher, a highly accomplished entrepreneur and co-founder/co-owner of SlateHouse Group. Since its establishment in 2014, SlateHouse has grown to become a prominent real estate management company, currently overseeing more than 4,000 units in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland for investment owners. The company also boasts a brokerage division with 20 real estate agents focusing on helping investors buy and sell real estate. Furthermore, SlateHouse owns 200 units, comprising a mix of single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, and office buildings.
Chad is also a prolific writer for BiggerPockets.com, a leading real estate investor website, where he shares his insights and expertise with the investor community. Prior to his foray into real estate, Chad was the head of the Advertising.com mobile network, which generated over $100 million in revenue and was acquired by Verizon as part of a larger acquisition. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering with a minor in Business from the University of Virginia, graduating in 2006.
