Mike Prahl is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, and investor relations at Paycos Capital. Mike has over 9 years of real estate experience, including professional roles in banking, real estate debt/equity investing, asset management, and property management. He has also been an active multi-family investor for the past 6 years and passively for the past 9 years. Prior to co-founding Pecos Capital, Mike served as an AVP at Citigroup, where he underwrote over $500 MM of multifamily debt, in addition to overseeing the Freddie Mac lending process for Citigroup’s LIH TC affordable housing platform. Before Citigroup, he spent two years as a financial analyst at Starwood Property Trust.
